Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if requested within 48 hours of purchase. Beyond this period, no refunds will be provided for unused subscriptions or any other circumstances.
Service Downtime or Malfunction
In the event of software malfunction or temporary downtime, users may request an extension of their subscription equal to the lost time during which the service was unavailable. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
