- Refund requests made after the 48-hour window from the time of purchase are not eligible.

Refund Amounts
Eligible users who request a refund within 48 hours of purchase will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 48 hours from the time of purchase.
- Situations where the user was able to start and use campaigns, even if only partially.
- Any other situation not covered under the "Refund Eligibility" section of this policy.
