Refund Eligibility

  • Users may request a refund within 48 hours of their purchase if they are unable to start any campaigns due to a malfunction of the Xreacher platform.
  • Refund requests made after the 48-hour window from the time of purchase are not eligible.

To request a refund, users must contact Xreacher support through either Telegram or email at support@xreacher.com within the eligible time frame. The user should provide their account details and a brief description of the issue they are experiencing.

Refund Amounts

Eligible users who request a refund within 48 hours of purchase will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
  • Requests made after 48 hours from the time of purchase.
  • Situations where the user was able to start and use campaigns, even if only partially.
  • Any other situation not covered under the "Refund Eligibility" section of this policy.
