Company Information

Service Description

Xreacher allows users to connect their X (Twitter) accounts to our platform to send direct messages (DMs) to target audiences. Users can connect multiple accounts based on their chosen subscription plan and send up to 450 DMs daily per account.

Account Registration and Security

To create an account, users must provide a valid email address and password or sign up with a Google account. To utilize the service, users must provide their Twitter account URL, CT0, and Auth tokens. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must not share login details with others.

Subscription and Payment

Xreacher offers three subscription plans on a monthly basis. Each plan varies by the number of accounts users can connect and the number of DMs they can send daily. Payments are processed through Stripe, with subscriptions automatically renewed monthly unless canceled by the user.

Termination and Suspension

Intellectual Property

Xreacher retains all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary software, code, and algorithms. Users are prohibited from accessing, using, or attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary technology. Content generated through our platform (e.g., DMs sent from user accounts) is owned by the user.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration, as arbitration is the preferred method for dispute resolution to avoid lengthy and costly litigation processes.
