Service Description

Xreacher provides automated outreach features including direct messaging, lead scraping, reply management, and detailed analytics.

To access the full functionality of the platform, users must connect their X (Twitter) account and provide login credentials, including username, email, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) if enabled.

Users may also choose to provide a proxy for enhanced account safety and performance.

Account Registration and Security

To create an account, users must provide a valid email address and password or sign up with a Google account.

To utilize the service, users must provide their X (Twitter) login credentials (username, email, password, two-factor authentication (2FA), and optionally a proxy).

These credentials are securely used by the platform to generate and retrieve the required authentication tokens (auth_token and ct0 cookies),
which allow the software to perform the actions the user intends, such as sending messages, scraping leads, replying, and generating analytics.

These credentials are strictly required for the platform to perform automated messaging, lead scraping, analytics, and reply management on behalf of the user.

Connected X (Twitter) Accounts

When you connect your X (Twitter) accounts to our platform, your credentials are stored securely and are never shared with any third parties.

The only exception is their use with X (Twitter), as required for performing the actions you authorize.

Apart from this, they remain securely stored in our database.
Once you disconnect or delete your X (Twitter) accounts, your credentials are permanently removed from our database.

User Responsibility

You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of your connected X (Twitter) accounts.
Xreacher is not liable for issues related to account suspension, restriction, or any other actions taken by X (Twitter)
Connecting your accounts is done at your own risk.

Usage Guidelines

We strongly recommend that users follow our official usage guidelines and operate their accounts responsibly to reduce the risk of suspension or other enforcement actions from X (Twitter).

Subscription and Payment

Xreacher offers three subscription plans on a monthly basis. Each plan varies by the number of accounts users can connect and the number of DMs they can send daily.

Payments are processed through Stripe, with subscriptions automatically renewed monthly unless canceled by the user.

Termination and Suspension

Intellectual Property

Xreacher retains all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary software, code, and algorithms.
Users are prohibited from accessing, using, or attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary technology.
Content generated through our platform (e.g., DMs sent from user accounts) is owned by the user.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration, as arbitration is the preferred method for dispute resolution to avoid lengthy and costly litigation processes.
