This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our services.
Data Collection
- User-Provided Information: Email, password, and any information provided through Google sign-up.
- Campaign Data: Content and recipients of DMs sent using Xreacher
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Login session cookies used solely for authentication via Clerk.
Credentials & Security
Xreacher requires X (Twitter) account login credentials (username, email, password, two-factor authentication (2FA), and optionally a proxy) in order to provide full access to its services.
These credentials are encrypted, stored securely, and are never shared with any third parties.
The only exception is their use with X (Twitter), as required for performing the actions you authorize.
They are securely used by the platform to generate and retrieve the authentication tokens (auth_token and ct0 cookies) necessary to carry out the functions you intend, such as sending messages, scraping leads, replying to conversations, and generating analytics.
If you delete your connected X (Twitter) account from the platform, your credentials will be permanently removed from our system.
